somerset:farhaha: Found these little gems at the front of Pittsburgh’s Barnes & Noble’s children’s section. Here’s the first page of each. I almost get the sense that things have gotten even worse in children’s books and cartoons. I recently saw my cousin’s disney princess book and there was a how to section called “how to be as beautiful as a princess” and then it had quotes from all the disney princesses. Snow White was like “I always add a touch of gloss to my lips to bring out their rosy glow.” My cousin is 4 for god’s sake. I don’t ever remember the stuff I played with being that bad. WTF. I would prefer to make a robot.
